Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open for entry from 1 April to 30 June 2024.

3. The prize includes two adult passes on the Hollyford 4 Day Guided Wilderness Experience, at an ensuite room, domestic flights to Queenstown, and one night accommodation in Queenstown at the end of the trip.
4. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The Promoter is Hollyford Valley Walk Limited (“Hollyford Valley Walks”) through its website www.hollyfordtrack.com (the "Promoter").
6. The prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of the Hollyford Wilderness Experience.
7. The prize must be used between 26 October 2024 and 8 January 2025.

9. The winner of the prize agrees to provide at least one photo / image of themselves at the attractions included in the prize and authorises Hollyford Valley Walks to use those photos / images for reasonable purposes including advertising and promotions.
10. Employees of Te Rūnanga Group (including NTHC Group) Stuff Limited, NZ Herald, Style Magazine, Life & Leisure, and their immediate families or related entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and entrants release Facebook from any claims, liability or loss whatsoever which arise in connection with this promotion.
12. Hollyford Valley Walks reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion and / or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
13. Hollyford Valley Walks will not be liable in any way in relation to any loss, damage, harm, including personal injury arising in connection with this promotion. Any decisions made by the Hollyford Valley Walks in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. One entry per person. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
15. The prize is non-transferable.
16. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
17. Entries are the property of Hollyford Valley Walks and may be used for promotional purposes by them.
18. The winning entries for the prize will be drawn on Monday the 1st of July 2024, at the registered office of Hollyford Valley Walks being the offices of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu premises, 15 Show Place, Addington, Christchurch, New Zealand.
19. The winner will be notified via email or phone that week. If the winner has not confirmed acceptance of their prize within three days, the prize will be redrawn.
20. The winner must decide their trip booking date and communicate it to the Hollyford Wilderness Experience team by no later than 7 August 2024.
21. The prize includes domestic flights to Queenstown. Travel is domestic within New Zealand only and the offer is for the most direct route only. Flights are non-transferable also (if flights are not required, they cannot be traded for cash, used at another time, or passed onto another person).
22. The prize includes one-night accommodation in Queenstown at the end of the trip. The accommodation provider will be decided by the Promoter at the time of booking.
23. The prize does not include any other facilities or activities that are not listed in the prize description. The prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in these terms and conditions, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals – including additional guests.
24. Hollyford Valley Walks accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
25. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Hollyford Valley Walks’ control, Hollyford Valley Walks may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
